    new Diet??what do u think??

    Question i have read that your suposed to eat every 2.5 hours no less than 2 hours no more then 3 hours.. this is what my diet is going to look like this spring . im trying to add lean mass

    Meal 1:
    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2: Pro/Fat
    Lean Ground Beef, green veggies

    Meal 3:
    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    Meal 4:
    2 Cans of Tuna, Veggies. 1 Scoop Of whey Protein

    Workout

    Meal 5:
    2 Scoops whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose


    Meal 6:
    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice, veggies

    Meal 7:
    Lean Protein of your choice, chicken,steak ,egg whites,


    Meal 8: Before Bed
    3 Scoops of whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    Replace meal 8 with whole food. Can't really give more advice since you don't have the macros listed or your stats.

    I'd set that up to equal 6 meals and be done w/it.

    The more meals you have to get in and eat on time, the more it sets you up for failure.

    W/out knowing amounts, what you have, what you should have, etc., I have no idea. I'm just suggesting that you compile whatever you do it into 6 meals.

    you could add some flax/fish oil in meals 2 and 7. or some almonds would be a good addition.

    Lean Ground Beef, green veggies
    (how much ground beef??)

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat

    Meal 4: 4:30

    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat

    Workout-6:00
    PWO Nutrition-7:30
    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose
    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat


    Meal 6:-8:30

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice
    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat


    Before Bed -11:00

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed 3

    as far as the lean ground beef goes... i just get those little round tubes of it, and cut it in half, make it into a patty and george foreman it... then ground it up in a bowl top it with green beans, and 4 Tbsp of cheese.

    i would change you last meal to real food as was suggested before. try cottage cheese/flax oil. DON"T mix them together, tried that, doesn't taste so good. Seems a little low on carbs if you are trying to bulk. what are the totals for the day pro/carb/fat?

    That is very hard to do, and takes forever. It is much more effective to either cut soley or gain lean mass. You still haven't listed your stats and have just listed your goals, so giving anymore advice is impossible. (except changing your last meal to whole food )

    im 22 ive been traing been training seriously for about 6 years. ive done 4 cycles. im 5'8 210lbs 10-12 % bf .. what would u sugest for the last mean instead of protein?

    If you're cutting, then you're going to need to completely revise your posted diet. And any whole protein source can work for your last meal. A casien source like cottage cheese is preffered since it is so slowly absorbed.

    Macros are going to be high. Too much protein, too many carbs, not enough EFA's. And I wouldn't have more than 3 pro/carb meals. 1 for breakfast, PWO and PPWO.

    Find your daily maintainence calories using the harris benedict formula and shoot for about a 500 cal deficit to begin with.
