    my meal plan some suggestions?

    i just started working out about 2 month ago and at first this diet was working great ,but now that i have put on about 18 pounds i cant seem to gain anymore i got this from the person at the nutrition store

    when i wake up one scoop of protein with water

    30mins later-3 eggs and a bowl of oat meal

    2.5 hours later-tuna sandwich on whole weat,glass of milk

    2.5 hours later chicken breast ,baked potato

    after work out 2 scoops of protein with water

    1.5 hours later-tuna sandwich on wholeweat

    before bed -cottage cheese or yogurt


    if anyone can suggest adding anything or a whole new diet that would be awesome ..thanks im 5'7-5'8 166 pounds right now if that any help..
