bump
Elliptical I usally do for 45 minutes in the am when I wake up with 8 - 10 resistance and from 160 - 180 rpm, burning about 450 - 500 cals. An eggwhite omelette never tasted so good after that.

bumped after 23 minutes? a little impatient IMO
ok, levels mean jack at the end of the day, go either on HR or perceived effort
level X for Mr A will heart rate Y and Mr B will be higher or lower so it means nothing unless you are suggesting a competition?
with dairy you always have the issue of subcutaneous water retention but whole diet and timing of that meal will determine its suitablity
i would go for something fat laden to add to protein for a pro/fat meal if you like diary stuff
any food can be consumed on a cut, when and how much are the factors here
salsa and ff sour cream in moderation, salsa i would avoid if you are doing a show or somthing...because of the sodium...good luck bro..im cutting too.it sucks but its worth it

which part are you not liking?
thanks for everyones responses
i would use the full fat sour cream and make that the fat of your protein fat meal. make sure all the other calories are adjusted around this too. salsa is ok, sort of like a vegetable you could have on meat with other vegetables for a protein fat meal.
cardio is about duration and heart rate. nothing else matters.
It's not that I don't "like" it, it's that I cannot make sense of anything you wrote.Originally Posted by peterj
No biggie, doesn't matter actually.
Carry on......

ok
the original poster asked which level people used on the trainer, ie which setting as to suggest a setting would determine fat/calorie burning levels
my point is calorie output and the ratio of those calories is determined by heart rate opposed to what level you are on
second point was about changing a low fat dairy food type for a full fat one to make a pro/fat meal on cutting
