I've heard from a few of you that after cardio, the body continues to burn glycogen storage for another hour or so. In this case, after doing 40 minutes or so of cardio, should I eat my PWO meal right after or wait an hour?

I would prefer right after over waiting an hour...I usually end up waiting 15 or so minutes for no reason
What are you eating after cardio?
Not the same as after training, right?

pro/fat for post cardio usually... pro/carb with dextrose for post workout
what are you doing cardio for?
goals will determine, along with full diet what you have after cardio
