    Reducing/Aiding Sodium

Is there a way to help reduce sodium or "attack" it. Like does drinking lots of water help it? Or is there something you can take to help it? Thanks.

drinking more water won't "attack" sodium as you stated, but it will help reduce the water retention caused by sodium. why are you looking to reduce your sodium? is it to lose extra water weight? need some more info here?

Its cuz I saw that beef jerky has a shit load of sodium in it. But I just love it. I only it 5 pieces a day, but my friend told me to watch the sodium. So Im just wondering if that much will have a bad effect on me or not, and what could I possibly do to help it out, besides not eating it! lol Oh yeah, its in a bulking diet btw.

sodium's not really that big of an issue. like they said, if you drink enough water it shouldn't affect you at all. don't worry about 5 pieces of jerky.
