well first thanks to all of you guys for replying ,i have added pepsi ,honey ,,etc to get in more calories thats all...i have a super fast metabolism , i dont gain any fat at all on a diet like this and if in the worst cases i would only feel a little bit bloated thats all, i have never done cutting before cause i bulk too slowly without adding body fat ,i am lean and i cant gain mass easily like most of you guys do,i am hard gainer ,i have tried this diet before and i gained no fat at all and gained a few lbs so hard ,i used to play soccer in the past it was my fav sport but i quit cause i dont want to hinder any gains since gaining mass either fat or muscle is a bitch for me so as far as getting fat from that diet ,i am not concerned at all.. peace

I saw this thread the other day and thought for sure it was a joke. But it sounds like you're serious. I really don't know what to say. Good luck I guess.

bro....calories aside using soda is just plain bad on your system....it is liquid candy and has recently been linked to cancer. why not use something better like natural peanut butter, whey protein and other calorie dense foods to get you cals up high enough. I bet if you actually put 4000 calories down in a day with food you'd be surprised as to how much you will have to eat.

Natty PB is by far my choice for slamming down a huge number of cals. bigsd67 is dead on. No need for soda and that other crap when there are so many calorie dense foods about.
