What do I need to change?
Hey guys, I can use all your help. Ive been on the following bulking diet for the past 3-4 months. Ive put on some good size but ive lost a lot of definition. I am going on vacation in a month, is it possible to alter my diet and see results in time?
Stats: 5'9 175lbs
Meal....
1) Cup of oats
8 egg whites
Whey shake
2) 4 slices of turkey
3) 2 cans tuna
2 slices whole wheat bread
4) Nat. PB
2 slices whole wheat bread
mixed berries
pre WO
whey shake
pWO
2 scoops whey
2 scoops dextrose
(concidering replacing this with a scoop of Cellmass)
5) salmon filet
chicken breast
So fire away!!! Please. I drink about a gallon of water during the day if that helps.

You could see results in about a month, but if your looking to cut up for a month and then go back on your bulking diet when you get back then it's not worth it, you have to be committed to one or the other, so either end this bulking diet and start a cutting one for the next 3 months, or just continue to bulk, that is up to u...Also, what kind of gains have u seen in the last 3-4 months? What does your intake equate to each day, how many grams of protein carbs fat etc???

In a month you can lose maby 6 ibs or so. Maby a bit more with water weight coming of. There is no point in trying to rush yourself into vaccation shape by this point. Just enjoy the vaccation and start cutting seriously when you get home.
I need to know macros to be able to comment on the diet. But I would not mix PB and bread.

Protein only meals, no pwo2 carb/pro meal, and bread/berries as a meal aren't very good choices at all.
Check the how to cut sticky atop the page for a good general guideline in which to begin.

Macros = carbs/fats/proteins all measured in grams/calories.
