Dose Protien supplemants exp

Sup ya all
I got me me few Box's of ON 100% whey protien last year and i still have 2 box's more to use can i still use them i mean dose it lose its quality and i would not get as much protien or would i get sick and have the runs all day

my roommate told me supplemants don't he always buy whats on sale at the navy ship store!

check exp date on them they should have um.

thebison the prob i don't have the them in the box all i got is packs of ON 100% Whey. im just trying to figer out of its ok to drink or not.

The exp. dates are usually a few years on supps. like whey. Especially ON because that's all I use and checked the dates b4. That is as long as it's still sealed. If air gets to it then that's a whole other story.
