Creating a Diet Around Allergies
I am completely broken. I am in decent shape, am in Week 5 of a 10 week cycle of Test-E and Dianobol. I am seeing good results and I feel my health in general is better. However, I have a ton of food allergies and they are really killing me in terms of getting protein in my body and eating healthy. My allergies are:
Fruit (ALL fruit)
Shellfish
Nuts (except peanuts)
Whey
Soy
The last two are obviously the biggest killers. Aside from eating 3 pounds of chicken every day, is there anywhere else I can get a good amount of protein without having to go to the hospital?
Thank you in advance.

Not a flame here, but you really should have had your dietary plan of attack and acceptable foods list compiled before you started any ancillaries.
Steak, ground beef, turkey, eggs, chicken, cottage cheese, fish, tuna, etc. are all good choices.

and the reason you are not allergic to peanuts is because they are not nuts...they are peas...so I guess you could eat ANPB too
