    oast for breakfast

    when u guys have oast for breakfast do you make them with milk??????

    im trying to clean bulk , is milk ok for this???

    as I always it depends on your specifics...but I think that would be okay...I do water though

    a little milk is ok. I usually make them w/ water, too. once in a while i put a slpash of skim on them

    Usually "aiming for a clean bulk" means "I want to spin my tires for a few months with nothing to show for it"

    i like my quaker oats with just a splash of water and splenda i eat em dry

    hell yeah same here bro. i use skim milk though but i don't cook it i eat it straight with splenda. yum!!!!

    Yep..I add some water in there and add some splenda until it tastes halfway decent enough..or one step above cardboard
