if you are not doing cardio you need to do it bro..will def help with the fat at 65% of you heart rate after your workout or fasted in the morning with some BCAA's in you, just walking on an incline or something light.... Id say some natty pb or some type of fat with meal three, greens are not carbs so that meal should be a pro/fat, and meal 4 is good for now but as you are getting closer to the end of cutting you might wanna replace that with a pro/fat meal...if you are anything like me, and you better have some casin before bed and for meal 6 i would just make it pro carb and save the flax for your casin shake before bed..or cottage cheese...and i hope the miracle whip is light bro...good luck

    Thank you for responding wolfey

What is a good casin powder to pick up and how much should i take?

Also... would you just add 2 tablespoons of natural pb to meal 3 to make it complete?

Meal 6 ... add Dextrose to my protein shake u think?

And then another shake before bed with casin and flax (Meal 7 essentially)?

8 eggwhites contains far less protein than 2 cans of tuna. You need to have 3 choises with equal ammounts of protein.

Without knowing the ammounts in each meal its hard to say anything. But the meal structure looks ok to me. Se the bolded comments.

Overall it looks a bit short on fat and protein. 8 egg whites in the breakfast is not enough protein. Add a small shake there. In meal 3 you can add fat since the sallad most probably has negible ammount of carbs.

Aim for 250-300 grams of protein each day and atleast 50 grams of fat

i would say a shake with dextrose would be good after workout with a whole foods meal an hour later. Watch the dextrose in the last few weeks of cutting though bro...and probolic sr 1 or 2 scoops before bed would be good depending on yiur calorie needs, and it has flax already in it...good luck bro and listen to swoles and johan's comments too...they know their shit
