Bad for what? What scenario?
It's an open ended inquiry to which there is no applicable answer.

Does it make the eggs not as good for you an any kind of way compared to boiled eggs. Such as more fat! Chlorestural! I am on a lean diet trying to loose bf. I have been eating alot of boiled egg whites to keep my protein up, but there getting kind of old. I guess what I am asking is would fried eggs not be ideal for a lean diet?

Let us take 1 egg for an example:
Unless you add oil/butter or something to the egg you fry, it would be no different nutrition wise if cooked in a pan vs. unbroken cooked in the shell.
It's the same egg, just presented in a different manner.
