Oats
want to be able to eat oats but they just suck right now or i cant make them right. Instant oats are good but thats just cuz all of the sugar = ). I have regular oats and would like to know how people make them so i can try some ways.

You can get instant or quick oats that are not sweetened w/anything.
Whether or not they are quick or regular, I cook them in the microwave. Measure the oats, then water, then cook.
Presto.

Splenda/Cinnamon = good taste, or mix in a good protein powder.

Yah, I mix one packet of splenda, and one scoop of vanilla whey with 1/2 cup of oatmeal preworkout, Its tasty and lots of energy. Now Ive taken out that meal becuase I started taking NO Xplode and it says to take it on a completely empty stomach. Now my only carbs come from breakfast and PostWO

Whey in oats is the best. Vanilla/cinnamon or just chocolate. My favorite meal of the day.

Add splenda and 1 teaspoon of "I can't beleive its not Butter"
Works for me bro! Try it! I got the recipe from someone on this brd. I think it was Swole.....

If I have it a bowl..I eat them uncooked with a lil splenda
or
I'll just add 1 cup in with 2 scoops of whey in water..not all that bad

try apple dices n cinamin or a sugarfree mapple syrup or low cal carb jam and splenda oatmeal is the best carb ever use to hate it now cant get enough of it

i grind my oats every morning in a coffee grinder then mix it in my protein shake

I wasnt immpressed with whey + oats...I would just eat them plain....though I discovered today that if you heat them up with sliced banana mixed in...its very good..and I usually put no effort into my foods as far as taste goes and I was actually impressed with this...

measure, add water or skim milk (cutting or bulking) and splenda. i love em cold!

I usually just eat them plain...a lil splenda once in a while for a treat.

raw oats with yoghurt and add a sweetener and some dried fruit.
But there is no law of bodybuilding that claim thou must eat your oats. There are 100 other breakfast options

Oats also make great pancakes/waffles if you have the time. The recipe I use to stick to my cutting diet is:
1/2 cup oats
8 egg whites
drop of vanilla extract
cinnamon and splenda to taste
put in blender then cook like regular pancakes/waffles.
Sunday morning treat
