like 3 bux for 90 0.6 grams...jsut bought 10 bottles few days ago
Hm...I found it on a refrigerated aisle right next to the yogurt...at Harris Teeter.
I wonder if it is item that is always kept cold, or I suppose maybe just after you open the bottle.
room temp it says is fine....refrigerated thickens oil
It is very low in sat fats so it will be very liquid at room temp or if in the fridge. But from what I understand, it can spoil if left at room temp or gets hot.
gnc.... a little expensive, but the most palatable for me....
Perhaps it will keep its "freshness" longer if refrigerated so it doesn't become rancid. Anyhow, I bought Spectrum Essentials Organic Flax Oil, and the bottle says to keep refrigerated at all times.
