    is brown rice good to have even on non lifting days or cardio days???

    That's an extremely broad question. But yes, for pro/carb meals, brown rice is a great low GI carb source.

    i no ur supposed to take in brown rice ppwo but i was wondering if its a good pro/carb meal.

    Bold And you don't have to take in brown rice PPWO, it's only an example.
