Anything wrong with having a Whey/Flax drink about 10 min after cardio as a first meal?
I would recommend a solid meal preferebly a carb/pro meal but depending on your goals, stats, etc... who knows.
goals are important here. but I have a pro/carb after cardio

no there is nothing wrong with it bu i myself have a pro/carb meal
nevr can u go wrong with whey after..or before workouts...unless its a shake ud mix w/ skim milk, but in that case..use water b4 workout to avoid that heavy stomach. i take flax oil after also, but im currently experimenting with rebound xt which requires either fish or flax for max absorbtion
