dieting while not in the gym>??>
my question is when on a diet. should it be the same for day u are not at the gym.. say if im working out monday wed and friday. should i be eating the same on tuesday and thusdays?

i alway's do yes mate. But it also on how your bulking or cutting i've never really gone for a very strict cutting diet so i would guess i would have to change it then

for sure!! 90% of bodybuilding is what you eat. This is the biggest reason why you see people who bust their asses in the gym, and 6 months later still look the same. They have the intensity in the gym, but dont have the motivation in the kitchen. Just pick a meal or two out of the week where you eat whatever you want, then get back on track

I would say no...
Only if you were cutting though. I would just lower the amount of carbs in my C/P meals through out the days, or just cut one out.
If bulking, then yea buddy keep it the same, pound down the clean foods.
