    Sauce for meat/chicken

Does anyone have a good sauce they could recommend for chicken/steak. Allt eh ones I see have a shitload of sodium and I have high blood pressure that I have to take a diuretic for already. Too much sodium makes my face chunky too

Anyone one have a low cal/fat/sodium sauce they use on their meat?

no problem bro...salsa and me work well...i would just check the sodium on a premade one, because making it is pretty easy.

I use a sugar free low carb sauce from the natural/health section of the supermarket...There's about 2 dozen different flavored sauces and I try a new flavor everytime I run out of the old bottle...The ones I get DO have salt, but I know I saw some there that said low in sodium...

I think the one I use is called Classico or something like that. It is low in fat and sugar. The few carbs it does have don't bother me as I am using them on a carb source anyway.
