Relax gentelmen as it was a joke. A tit for tat kinda thing. And don't act like you've never replied to sarcastic comment on your thread. Not all of us know everything about this lifestyle. So we have to ask questions. It's just frustrating when you're looking for advice and information...you get sarcastic answers. There's no need for that.
As you can see:
"Quote: Cardio day...what should I eat post work out (carbs/type, how many gms? Protein/ how many grms?)"
I see no where in my question that is asking for a diet plan. There is more than one type of carb.. After I lift PWO meal, I take Dextrose (simple carb) w/ my protein.
I'm wasn't sure which type of carb. I should use after cardio, simple or complex, or maybe no carbs at all but instead fats w/ my protein.
I know where my macronutrients come from, I'm just trying to divide them through the day and my meals. I don't need a diet typed out for me; I'm quite capable myself, hence the reason for me not asking someone to type up a diet for me.
There's just no need for the rudeness.

Whatever your diet calls for at that time. Some say consuming carbs will blunt lipolysis, but Giantz has debunked that myth. A simple search will answer all of your questions.

In addition, if you know where everything needs to be placed already, then that information should have been listed with your initial inquiry to bypass all of the vagueness.
