Is corbina a good choice of fish?
Is corbina(sea bass) a good choice of fish? I am actually cutting, I tried to search trough goolge about nutrition facts but didnt found any...

looks okay to me...pro/fat meal of course...might even add a little flax to it...just depends on you

yeah was thinking about getting it for a pro / fat meal adding maybe 5 capsules of fish oil
