Forgot to add stats!! I am 5'11 at 213 lbs. Not sure on bodyfat prob around 16-17 percent. I am 31 years old!! Also on my sixth cycle in the past three years. This cycle using prop and winny. Prop for 10 wks winny for the last 6wks!!! Training with weights 3 days per week and doing cardio 3 times per wk. So switching my diet on weight days and on cardio and rest days so my body does not acclimate to the diet. Looking to drop alot of bodyfat ( hopefully get down to 10 or 11%) . Is this diet ok to reach my goals? Any advise??

Meal 1- 2 scoops of whey protein, 5 grams of glutamine( mixed with water) 1/2 tablespoon of flax oil I would go pro/carb here. example 1/2 cup oats+2 scoops whey

Meal 2- 5 hard-boiled eggs whites, 1.5 cups of broccoli , 2 cups mixed salad Not nearly enough protein. Shoot for 50g or so and add about 10g EFA's.

Meal 3- 6oz of chicken breast, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup mixed salad Add in fat (EFA's or polyunsaturated such as olive oil/almonds/natty pb/etc.)

Meal 4- 2 scoops whey and 5 grams of glutamine Need fat again

Meal 5- Post- workout - 6oz of salmon or sirloin, 2 redskin potatoes, 1/2 cup of lima beans, 8oz of concord grape juice Drop the salmon, you don't want fat PWO. I'd either go with dex/whey shake or a low GI carb and whey for PWO. Personal fav is 1.5 cup oats/2 scoops whey

Meal 6- 3 oz of cottage cheese small serving of almonds This looks fine if it fits in your macros

On none training days( Cardio and rest days)

Meal 1- 2 scoops whey , 5 grams of glutamine, small seving of almonds or walnuts

    Meal 2 - 4 hardboiled egg whites, 1 1/2 cups of asparagas

Meal 3- 4 oz chicken breast 1 cup green beans, 1 cup squash

    Meal 4 -2 scoops whey , 5 grams glutamine

Meal 5 - 4 oz salmon, 2 cups mixed salad with olive oil for dressing

Meal 6- 1-2 scoops of whey , 5 grams of glutamine.

In bold. I didn't comment on the non training days, but shoot for pro/carb in the first two meals and rest pro/fat. You have a couple routes to go with macros. If you are sensitive to carbs like me, try to stay under 110g a day. If not, stay under 140-150g a day. About 300g protein split evenly throughout the day. Remaining cals will come from fat. Go the low carb route, 55-65g a day. High carb route will be closer to 50g a day. All the fat you intake should be good fats such as flax/natty pb/almonds/ udos oil/ olive oil/ etc. All protein should be lean with the exception of salmon if you use it in a pro/fat meal as salmon contains good quality fats. Carbs should be kept low GI with the exception of PWO if you choose to go that route. I personally prefer low GI cause I hate shakes when cutting. I'm always hungry. Refer to the cutting sticky at the top of the forumn for any other questions you might have. Try to keep daily macros relatively close for days you train and days you don't. I drop about 30-40g carbs on off days, but that's it. Body needs to repair and be ready for next workout.

As for training, 4 days per week minimum. Cardio, the more the better. Do it on an empty stomach, preferably morning before first meal, at 65-70% max heart rate. 45-60 minutes. No more, no less.

Any questions, just ask. Good luck.
