I am 1.5 months into a cutting cycle and diet program. I have lost about 10% body fat so far and weight has stayed the same. I was at 195, 28%, 5'9". Crazy part is that I did not look fat and had a 33 inch waist. I am know down to 190 and at ~18%. I am starting to see my top 4 abs, hip bones etc.
I am switching up the diet to a modified tkd for 3 weeks to help with increased fat loss. How strict do I have to be on carb up days. I have visions of eating pizza, bread and ice cream. I know fat is supposed to be low.
What is the board experience and recommendation on carb up days?
