is it a myth that carb/pro breakfasts' rev up ur metabolism..Are they needed..or can u get away with pro/fat meals. A whey shake and some pb is sometimes more convienent when in a rush. I know alot of ppl go with that pro/fat meals after the cardio in regards to cutting but thats more about trying to continue the fatburning which is still in the dark if it actually works. But on a normal day while bulking or just trying to maintain?
