In my quest to get superfreaky ripped, one month into the three month program,
I've lost an average of 5 pounds a week. With the ECA and other supplementation I'm having problems finding my 3 pound a week pace. Clearly I'm overshooting and losing some mass here.

However, I suspect that once I get lean I can up my calories and fill re-gain some of that lost muscle mass while minimizing fat gain.

Has anyone ever done this? I also plan on following it up with a cyle or some sort (I'm currently natural as finding a reliable sourse with reasonable prices has been problematic - but in due time I'll have that going). I'd appreciate some feedback with people who have used this strategy.
