    Carbs and Bulking

I am Going to be starting a bulking programs, natty, for the next 8 months or so starting June 1st...I will be posting my proposed diet in the diet forum next, but my question is....I have alot of good knowledge on a various of things that have to do with Lifting, fitness, and diet, but one thing that I am still unclear about, is how do carbs help you add size???? I understand how to cut and a good cutting diet, for the most part, and I can understand how to limit carb intake throughout the day in a cutting cycle, which I am currently doing, but as far as carbs and bulking I am confused...Here I am looking for an explanation about how carbs, and specifically dextrose vs. Complex, helps you to bulk and what they do exactly...
    thanks for all the help

Dextrose helps pwo to stop cortisol secretion by way of insulin secretion and helps to restore muscle glycogen.

Starches are used for energy, also to replinish depleted glycogen levels, allow the body to use the protein for repair and never waste it on fuel, help to provide an anabolic environment, etc. As well, each molecule of carbs holds 3 parts water, so the muscles are always fuller and saturated, which may help to stretch the fascia tissue to promote further growth. Carbs do not directly build lean muscle tissue.

You will want to consume slow burning low Gi carbs throughout the day to keep insulin stable and plateaued. This ensures you are creating an anabolic environment. Insulin also indirectly raises Free Test, which is huge for a natural BB.

Ok so couple of questions, Then what is the purpose of the carbs being so high on a bulking cylce as opposed to so low on a cutting cycle? I mean I understand that when cutting you need to find the right amount of carbs that will give you enough energy to lift and also replenish your glycogen stores post lift, but not so many that they are unused and converted to fat, obviously a no no when cutting...However if cutting is considered low carbs, then why not just medium carbs to bulk? opposed to high carb???
