i kno i should seperate my carbs and fats, but...........i was wondering if my PWO shake it is ok to have some fat along with my carbs...i usssually do 2 scoops isopure bananna and 1tb nattty pb?....should i leave out the PB it makes it taste un real...i just thought becuase it is PWO it is ok cause my body is starving for anything
