    Bulking Diet Critique please : )

    Meal 1, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup of oats, 2 cups of Orange Juice
    Water(16oz)
    Meal 2, 2 Servings of Tuna, 1 tbsp mayo, Handful Peanuts, Orange Juice
    Water(16oz)
    Meal 3, Salmon with lemon juice 1 Natty PB Sandwhich 100% whole wheat, 1 Glass of Milk
    Water(16oz)
    Meal 4, 1 cup of Brown Rice, 2 scoops of N-Large(for pre workout carbs)
    Water(16oz)
    Work Out
    PWO- Cytogainer
    Water(16oz)
    PPWO- Chicken Breast
    Water(16 oz)
    Before Bed
    2 TBsp peanut butter, 1 glass of milk

    I only weight 140 and wanting to do a clean bulk. This is roughly 126grams of Fat, 266 grams of Protein, and 371 grams of Carbs. 3703 Calories. Just made this and would like some help guys, thanks

    I would encourage you to check out the bulking sticky and adopt some principles from that outline, as things like O.J. w/many of your meals and the pb and j, chicken only in pwo2, etc., are things you will want to change for sure.

    You also have 1 approach listed and I take it that's for a day you weight train? You would also need an approach for off days that lays you how you eat on those days.

    how come your no fan of the OJ swole?

    i mean, if its bulking? whats wrong with 100% real juice? is it because of the macro mixing u say this?

    Having some O.J. while bulking is fine, it just seems as if he's consuming it for a purpose, and coupled w/the other less than optimal choices of food, there is a great deal of room in which to improve his approach in a myriad of areas.
