If I remember right there is like 6-7 grams of protein, 9 grams of fat, but most of it is unsaturated. I like to by the cage free eggs.

Do the Omga 3 eggs justify eating yolks? Or is it better to stick with whites?

Depends on your goals I guess...I stay away from them because it is just easier and cheaper to make egg whites from whole eggs and add a oil or whole food with ***** 3, 6, and 9s. If I am eating a pro/fat meal I will add a yoke or two every now and then as a fat source. Mix it up and see what you like.

Brown or white, doesn't make a diff, just which bird it came from.

Eggs are very very good for you! They are loaded with good vitamins, healthy fats and great protein.

Just make sure you fit the fat into you daily cals.

Per large egg there are six grams of protein, and 4.5 grams of fat.
