My cutting diet (I have no idea)
I am on my second cycle...doing prop, test e, and eq....I'm 20y.o. 205, about 12% bf, maybe a little lower....
this is my first real strict diet attempt...what do ya'll think, is it enough food, missing some things?
Meal 1:
Cantaloupe
1 cup of Oatmeal
40 grams of protein from 100% Optimum Nutrition Whey
Meal 2:
Chicken
Rice
Apple
Meal 3:
Chicken
Sweet Potato
Meal 4:
50 grams of protein from Nature's Best Isopure
1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil
Meal 5:
Steak
Broccoli
Meal 6:
40 grams of protein from 100% Optimum Nutrition Whey
1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil

No one can comment on this diet. You don't list the portion size on any of the meals. For all we know, you could be eating 2000 calories or 5000 calories. All I know, is from what you posted, your diet isn't good. Too many shakes, no PWO, whey for last meal, etc.
