    High Blood Pressure!!!

    Sorry if this is the incorrect forum, but I am wondering if there is any supplement I could try to help lower my blood pressure?

    reduce sodium intake. and there are tons of prescribed BP meds out there.

    try some baby asperin 80mg strenth if that doesent work talk to your docter
