Eatting In The Middle Of The Night?
I have been getting up lately (well, getting up to fix a bottle for my son,so i get up twice a night) and munching on banana, apple or even peanut butter (sometimes i even finish my sons formula,if there is leftovers. J/k) , will my bf go up if I continue or is actualy a benefit for muscle growth???? thanks in advance. alex

Depends on your stats.... cutting or bulking, etc.
I would eat if I woke up in the middle of the night while bulking but not those foods. Remember, protein in every meal.... Also, a banana or apple in the middle of the night makes me nervous... lots of sugar.
I would do something like cottage cheese and almonds... or maybe even casein and flax if a shake is easier.

i'm "trying" to do a lean bulk but getting little soft in the mid section.

Some lean protein and some natty pb is a personal fav for the midnight snacks. But I don't get any while cutting
