I'm bulking right now, trying to get in 6,000 cals a day (not quite there yet). Anyways, for breakfast, I'm eating 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oats and a protein shake, but I'd like to add some more calories to it. Thing is, is that I just can't eat anymore than that at one time (weak stomach, I know). I know that flaxseed oil is high in calories, and I know a lot of you guys on here use it (for whatever the purpose may be). Could I add flaxseed oil to my shake to get my extra calories?
