    is this a good plan?

    I was wondering if this is a good diet plan.


    I am 5’11, 175ponds, 29years

    Breakfast1 oatmeal or bagel, mass gainer shake (2scoops)

    Meal 2 Turkey sandwich, protein shake

    Meal 3(lunch) chicken breast 1cup rice

    Meal 4 tuna sandwich, protein shake

    Meal 5(dinner) steak large bowl pasta

    Post workout, mass gainer shake (2 scoops)

    Meal 6, 8 whole eggs, mass gainer shake (2 scoops)

    overall you need more whole food...youre not doing your metabolism any favors with all those shakes...also what are the macros in all these meals?

    i agree with kid, to much bread ect, ect, need more whole food...

    i see no baked potatos, no veggies at all for that matter, no EFA's, no whole grained items, and IMO mass gainer is a waste(you can make a better one with regular protein and natty PB...cheaper and tastier too). read the bulking sticky at the top and start a new thread with a completely new diet plan, because this one sucks.......
