    need help with my diet

    to make a long story short, i was 232 one day..... now i am 190lb..


    i go to the gym everyday
    m: chst and bi
    t : back and tri
    w: shoulders and back
    th: cardio
    and so on............i eat 2000 calories a day
    8:00 50g whey potein and glutamin
    10:00 otmal
    12:00 salmon..
    12:30 unversal animal pak/stak2
    1-2 gym
    2 creatine
    3 50g whey protein and pasta
    4 apple
    6 any kind of beef
    10 tuna
    12 50g whey protein

    ...........
    flat bench 2*90lb
    leg press 570lb
    ...........

    anyways, i am getting bored of it.............so i decided to do a cycle,,,, shake stuff up........gain some muscle.....



    what do u guys think ???

    I think you:

    1) have a lot of reading to do
    2) should train naturally for about 5 years before you even think about AAS
    3) need an actual diet, as what you have his horrid. (horrid for a natural, but downright pointless for gear)
    4) should learn how to lose fat and lean out before you decide what to do after that.

    Again, I see nothing warranting any cycle, except a bicycle.

    Bro, you're looking for a miracle. It's not gonna happen. You need to put some effort into learning about proper dieting. Check the cutting/bulking stickies up top and hang around the dieting forumn. I'm not even gonna comment on your diet as I don't have time to tell you how bad it is.

    am really trying ............well two weeks ago i bought 70 frozen dinner to make sure i get the right amount of calories......tomorrow will be the last day.

    Check the cutting sticky outlined by Rambo. Make up a diet based on the outline and post it so we can critique it. Frozen dinners = crap.

    Go to the diet section and start reading. Ive learned a ton there in about a week. Ive got my grl reading that section too. Shes really getting interested. Thats good for both of us

    2 Veggies, Steak
    3 protein bar
    3:30 universal animal pak / stak2
    4 1 hour workout
    5 creatine
    6 salmon / rice / veggies
    9 Tuna
    10 Fruits
    12 50g Whey Protein


    about the work out its shoulders and legs....not shoulder and back!!...
