and so on............i eat 2000 calories a day
8:00 50g whey potein and glutamin
10:00 otmal
12:00 salmon..
12:30 unversal animal pak/stak2
1-2 gym
2 creatine
3 50g whey protein and pasta
4 apple
6 any kind of beef
10 tuna
12 50g whey protein
...........
flat bench 2*90lb
leg press 570lb
...........
anyways, i am getting bored of it.............so i decided to do a cycle,,,, shake stuff up........gain some muscle.....
what do u guys think ???
