It's not really an easy answer to give....there's more to it than just fat. If a person eats like crap and gets a lot of fat and sugar from junk food they will likely get fat. If they eat a lot of the healthy fats and keep their sugar low, & stay just slightly below maintenance they will likely drop fat. There's many variables that come into play.
