    Fiber in your diet

    Ok guys,
    With all of the food that we have been eating, I wanted to take a minute to mention fiber. If you are not taking any supplements in for fiber intake you should consider it. I know this is kinda gross, but you need to go, you know go?? at least once a day. Your body needs to rid itself of all of the toxins via the port so to speak will all of the food and supplyments that we are taking in. Fiber will aid in this . Keeps you regular, if you know what I mean.

    Couldn't agree with you more bro.

    I eat fiber one, twice a day, plus I eat broccoli and oatmeal at least twice a day. Keeps me fine!!! .


    What do you guys do for fiber?


    By the way, quick recipe...

    Half a cup of Fiber one (So your stomach won't implode )
    1-2 T Peanut butter

    Mix this stuff together, you're done....WHAT A TREAT!!! It tastes like a yummy peanut butter dessert. It may not sound too good, b ut i eat it at least have it once a day...MMM

    If it is a well balanced diet you should,nt have a problem.And Tobey only once a day? Hell I,d explode LOL

    BTW staying regular is 2-3 times a day .... I hope no one here is on SURVIVOR ,,, I heard they may only go 3 times the 39 days their there .... hehe....

    Talking every mornin after a couple cups of coffee

    sorry to share that with ya.. but hey if anyone has troubles with releasing...try some coffee..nature's laxitive. PaPa- that Fiber snack sounds good, I'll have to try it...I don't eat cereal cause most of them are loaded with sugar but I think that one and most shredded wheat cereals fall in the low to no sugar catagory. I eat alot of Brocoli which has alot of fiber but you can also get some Psylium husks from the store which do the trick. I want to ask a dirty question but don't think that it would fly very well, so I'll hold back.
