I'm getting ready to start a clen/t3 cycle to lean out. Should I cut my carbs/cals? or is that a bad idea on a clen/t3 cycle. I'm 6ft, 250lbs, about medium body fat, not sure the %.

YOu need to get your diet in check and regular before you start anything like clen or t3

6 egg whites, 1 yolk
3/4 cup oakmeal
EFA
10am:
Protein Shake
2 plain rice cakes
EFA
1 pm:
Chicken breast
veggies
EFA
4pm:
Protein shake
Workout
Post workout - After max by ON
7pm
Chicken breast or lean protein.
3/4 cup of oatmeal
Additional: Creatine, multi vit, vit c, joint pills.
I'm normally in bed by 9:30pm.

DIet looks OKAY...but I woudl replace some of those shakes with solid food, and cut out the rice cakes...they are highly glycemic. ALos, you may have to play wiht your carbs a little bit to see how your weight responds. Protein looks a little low, but hard to tell since you didnt list macros. Also, you will lose muscle running T3 without anabolics in the mix with it.....Originally Posted by Positive

You didn't list the total macros of the day or individual macros for each meal, making it very difficult to critique. But from what I can see by the little you provided, it looks like you're utilizing too many shakes. Also looks like a bit too much of carbs, and I'd certainly nix the rice cakes.
Also, are you running anabolics with the t3 and clen?

I'm not running any anabolics due to low cash right now. I'm in the process of buying a new home and fixing up the one I live in now. Plus, I just through allot cash on my car to pay it off. I just started a m1t cycle, I bought a few bottles before it was banned. When I was researching, it seems that most people say you need carbs on clen/t3.Originally Posted by 1buffsob

A good amount of carbs are needed for clen, but I wouln't suggest you run either compound. Based on your diet, and the the fact you're already looking to t3/clen, makes me think you're not willing to put in the effort you need to be. IMO, drop the clen/t3. You'll lose muscle without running any anabolics as well. Come up with a better diet and don't look for the easy way out.
