Your diet has some flaws in it. Without knowing the macros for each meal or your stats, there's not much advice we can give you. I will tell you that it's not good to fry a chicken breast in olive oil, as heat kills healthy fats. Also, probably not enough protein in your PWO. And your PWO is too close to your PPWO. Also, not good to have whey in your last meal as it's absorbed too quickly. Post macros and stats.

I like taking flax with my last meal of the day...To me, that should be a protein/fat meal. Something along the lines of 1cup cottage cheese, yogurt, 2scoops of casein protein and flax...You know.

Slowing down digestion as much as possible at this time is most desirable, due to the "fast" you experience while sleeping. Healthy fats (among other things)are good for that purpose.

Cottage cheese and some flax/natty pb makes an awesome pre bed meal. But I wouldn't put yogurt with your fat.

This will depend on your macros, only your macros, and nothing but your macros So, in other words, WE NEED MACROS. As far as the sleep thing, I do best with eating my last meal about an hour before bed.

    Why is that.......?

Assuming that you're playing the "sugar card", maybee I should of been more specific in what type of yogurt here i.e No fruit/artificial sweetener etc...witch is what you want. Other than that, one of those little cups has 8-10 grams of protein, vitamins and beneficial cultures to boot.

Shaokahn, you have yogurt that contains no sugar/fructose/artificial sweetener? Who makes it?

Lots 1b, Yoplait makes a variety, and the Kroger brand makes one sweetened with splenda. I like the yoplait however, it tastes the best to me.

While on subject, cottage cheese can have alot of sugar in it aswell. 4% cottage cheese has 4grams per 1/2 cup.

I guess it depends on you and your body/goals as to, if it is enough to factor in. And I'm also talking "most" of the time here, not 2 weeks out from a competition.

Damn man, the only yogurt I've seen has like 28g of fructose in it. I'll have to look around.

Edit; Bro, can you point it out for me, I can't seem to find the one you're talking about http://www.yoplait.com/products_original.aspx Thanks

My bad its the dannon lite'n'fit @ 7grams.
Could'nt find any exact info on the others due to being out of it, and having no empty/full containers at this time.

    Good looking out.

does cooking with Pam or other non-stick cooking spray do the same as in kill healthy fats?
