    *Question* Pro/carb/fat

I’m sure this is a repetitive question. I tried a search and nothing came back, I’m probably not phrasing it right.

Anyways, I wanted to know how I should set my ratio of pro/carb/fat for a cutting diet.

    I was thinking of a 50/30/20.

I look forward to your input.

    Thanks!

there isn't a set number for anyone. however, there is a best for YOU. in the past i had success with a 40/35/25 pro/carb/fat. but i have noticed lately that i am not as carb sensitive as i once thought. therefore, mine would be different than say, someone who is pretty sensitive to carbs. if you dip too far into your carbs you will most likely notice strength loss. if that happens just up your carbs some or look into a carb load day. good luck.
