This has been covered 29,854,316,524 times but since your name has maiden in it and I am a HUGE Iron Maiden fan I will answer this. I don't know how big the scoop is that came with your dex but, 1/2 cup is 80g so 1/4 cup is 40g and 3/4 cup is 120g. Yes you can use it while you cut, just adjust the amounts per your goals body weight etc.....

I use a scale- measure 45 whey, dump in baggie. measure 90 dex- dump in baggie.
