    PWO COMPLEX carb ratio

I'm currently cutting and want to use a complex carb in conjunction with my 50g shake that I slam right after I lift. How many grams of carbs from oats should I take in w/ 50g of protein, and should I mix it right into the shaker? Give me some suggestions...thanks

That question depends alot on what you're taking pre workout.

pre-workout right now is typically 1 tbsp. of flax w/ light mayo and a can of albacore tuna; I eat this usually 2 hours before lifting
