    lean beef

lol i went to the store today and bought beef chuck steaks cus i have had nothing but chicken for way to long... i swear i felt like eating the thing raw...

anyway...my question is... what is a good lean meat... i mean other than making sure it doens't have to much fat / marble to it...is there a certain cut that i should go for? Top surloin?

Xtra lean ground beef is fine and Round Steak are top choices... I get my butcher to make my ground round ... but most stores may not offer that...
Sirloin and London Broil are lean cuts as well.. serving sizes should be looked at however...

I like to do the top london broil. Great price & lean. Buy a huge serving, marinate, grill/broil. Carve fat off and cut into small strips. Weigh out into little Glad/Tup containers for your servings. Nuke or eat cold

Holly shit SC you make that g-unit beater look so small. One jacked MOFO..is that a recent pic?..also would cooking just lean ground beef on the foreman make it say extra lean. Just bought one, so im wondering how much leaner this would make it.

Thanks, and that's an 3XL G-Unit tank too.

    Thanks!

That pic was from last night actually.

If you get 4%, cooking it on a foreman isn't really even needed but would reduce it even more, yes. How much in all actuality is hard to say though.
