    how long b4 shoot or show to cut milk/gluten products out?

    and do u have to cut out products like casein protein? does that contain the same thing as milk that makes u soft?

    and when should you stop consuming gluten products?

    bump to the pros... i found some info saying 3 weeks for casein and months for glutean?????!!!!!!!!!!!!! so does caesin really make u look soft or????

    anyone have credible info
