    aghhhh, i hate/love cheats

Started a really strict diet/cardio progam to get some of this fat off me.....been going about 3 weeks, making awesome progress....

i couldnt take it, i came home today and ate everything in sight. This was my first time cheating. Did i mess up? Help me out guys, make me feel a little better.....

Im going right back on the program starting tomorrow morning, but i feel guilty as sh*t right now

No man, that's just part of the game. Biggest thing is picking yourself up after falling. Just get back on it and you're good. I'm planning a nice carb up/ break day this Saturday. I can't wait.

Careful. Third week and already jumping into the trap I would say one cheat MEAL once per week is fine. Some will say a cheat day..but that would set me back personally quite a bit I feel.

Personally when I'm 100% dedicated I cheat once a week; normally a sat or sun and still see great results. It's good to shock the metabolism and treat yourself in the process.

if you are cheating because of stress and for your CNS, it is a positive. you don't want that cortisol and other stress hormones slowing fatloss just because you cant eat. maybe buy some R-ALA and use it before you cheat so it may help slow any insulin response that will happen during a binge. much better to cheat with carbs than with fats too...

    a cheat is a cheat. if you're craving it...and it's cheat time....eat it...

    gummy away my friend!

*edit* oh and that would be a great time to take some R-ALA before hand

Dont worry about it. one cheat meal a week is good and i think is a must. You need to confuse your body once in a while coz it gets used to the low calorie diet. Like that you will keep your body guessing
