*EDIT* Well here goes my cutting diet too, please criticize

Should prolly give stats. Im 5'6", about 200-205lbs. Gonna start the cutting phase of my first cycle (500mg/wk cyp, 400 mg/wk EQ, and soon to be 50mg winni ED) in 2 weeks.

    A.M Cardio upon waking
Meal 1 (**might add isolate shake in as well, approx 23g pro**)
    -oats
    -8oz egg whites/1 whole egg
    TOTAL - 327 cals/7g fat/24g CHO/34g pro

    Meal 2
    -5oz cooked chicken breast
    -1 oz almonds
    -small salad
    TOTAL - 399 cals/19g fat/6g CHO/50g pro

    Meal 3
    -5oz chicken breast
    -10oz broccoli
    -olive oil
    TOTAL - 475 cals/16g fat/19g CHO/52g pro

    Meal 4
    PWO shake (protein/malto/glutamine)
    TOTAL 484 cals/46g pro/75g CHO

    Meal 5
    -5oz chicken
    -1/2 c cooked brown rice
    -peppers/onion etc
    -2 tbs egg whites
    TOTAL - 425 cals/7g fat/30g CHO/52g pro

    Meal 6
    -1c cottage cheese
    -1 tbs fish oil
    TOTAL - 286 cals/16g fat/6g CHO/28g pro

    Grand Totals (approx)
    kcals - 2396
    Fat g - 65
    CHO g - 160
    Pro g - 264

Thinking of switching meal #1 and meal #2, also think i might add a fiber supp to this as well.

Weekends i think i am going to either carb right up all weekend (Every meal with complex carbs like brown rice, sweet potato, more oats) Or just have one sloppy cheat day. Still keep protein up but cheat on everything else.

Looks fairly good. However, your cycle on this diet is a waste. If you were gonna do anything, just do the test. EQ will give you hunger pains, and the winny is not nearly a big enough dose to be effective.

oops, winni is ED not EOD sorry, BF% is WAY to high for my liking. The eq thing......ya, the things you learn after your cycle is started. You guys thing protein is gonna be high enough? Should i add the isolate in the am with breakfast? Non workout days will be giving me under 100g CHO....to low? Should meals 1 and 2 be switched?

I'd still drop the EQ and save it for a future cycle. It's hard enough cutting as it is, without the serious hunger pains of EQ making things worse. You haven't even got to the real hunger yet man. JMHO.

I hear it is a good cutting drug if you can stand the hunger pains.....but i hear they get bad. Taking ECA help with hunger pains you think? or should i not bother using that while on cycle?

ECA can be helpful when cutting, with or without aas. Helps me by not getting too hungry. However, even when cycling it with benedryl, the appetite suppresant side of ECA wears off in about 2 weeks.

I had to drop the EQ in my cycle at the 4th week, the hunger pains were just too much for me.
