Hey guys,
I need some help here. This is happening to me every singly day when i'm at work. Let me try and put you in the picture.
My 1st meal consists off egg whites and oatmeal and second meal usually whey and oatmeal. By then my stomach would be fine. Problems happen with my 3rd meal. It usuall is either Chicken/white potatoes or Tuna/brown rice. 30mins after i feel very bloated and need to go to the restroom and pass alot of gass to feel better. Its so freakin embarresing and uncomftable. After i leave work i take my 4th meal which is always a Whey/Malto Shake. By then i would be fine for the rest of the day. I cant understand why is this. I tried digestive enzymes but they did not help.
Is it because i sit for 8hrs at work? during the weekend when im active i feel ok all day long. For your info my doc had found a small hiatal hernia. I dont know if it has anything to do with the problem.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
