Always Bloated after meal 3
Hey guys,
I need some help here. This is happening to me every singly day when i'm at work. Let me try and put you in the picture.
My 1st meal consists off egg whites and oatmeal and second meal usually whey and oatmeal. By then my stomach would be fine. Problems happen with my 3rd meal. It usuall is either Chicken/white potatoes or Tuna/brown rice. 30mins after i feel very bloated and need to go to the restroom and pass alot of gass to feel better. Its so freakin embarresing and uncomftable. After i leave work i take my 4th meal which is always a Whey/Malto Shake. By then i would be fine for the rest of the day. I cant understand why is this. I tried digestive enzymes but they did not help.
Is it because i sit for 8hrs at work? during the weekend when im active i feel ok all day long. For your info my doc had found a small hiatal hernia. I dont know if it has anything to do with the problem.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

carbs tend to bloat me..... maybe you shouldnt be getting 3 straight pro/carb meals to begin your day. try 2, if that doesnt workl try 1.

agreed..
Eggs do that to some people.. see if replacing eggs does anything...
It may also be gulping down your food ... some people slam food down and swallow a lot of air causing some discomfort...

Thing is i take eggs in the morning around 8am and flactuance starts after 2pm that is after my 3rd meal. Here is my meal plan for bulking. I combine macros coz otherwise i find it very difficult to reach my target cals of around 3500cls. Here it goes.
Meal 1 8.00 - 6 egg whites 2 yolks / oatmeal
Meal 2 11.00 - 50grm whey / oatmeal / raisins
Meal 3 14.00 - 9oz Chicken breast / 4oz rice / tbsl olive oil
Meal 4 17.00 - PreWO 50grm whey / 50grm Malto
Meal 5 20.00 - PWO 50grm whey / 50grm Malto / 50grm Dex
Meal 6 21.00 - 9oz Tuna / 12oz potatoes / tbsl olive oil
Meal 7 24.00 - 9oz Cottage Cheese / 2tbsl fish oil
Any suggestions please?

try eating 24 egg whites a day !!! son !! then youll be gasy, no but really sometimes brocllie gives it to many or haveing to much whey but never solid foods

could be the yolk in meal 1 and the raisins in meal 2

might be the 2 oats meals. I get some bad gas from oats specially when i eat 1.5 cups 2 meals back to back. uncooked oats upsets my stomach as well.

yu yeup. on the weekends, i dont have access to as much chicken as i do during the week, So i have a ****ing egg white fest. I know this goes against the rules, but i LOVE putting peanut butter on my cooked scrambled egg whites mmmm, so good

same here. i like my looks in the morning but throught the day, i would gain about 8-9 pounds. i also drink 1 gallon of water a day and plus like 3 whey protein.

its not meal 3 if your getting gas it will take a while it could be something your eating later in the day then it triggers it in the morning, like your whey what kind of whey are you useing ?

Well this is a very debated issue..mixing or non mixing macros. I tried both and had some results so i decide to mix as it is more flexible for me. I have been mixing macros for 2 months now eating roughly 3500cals and my waist did not increase a mm so i reckon every one is different.
