    Jesus I am having five a day with oatmeal on workout days while I am bulking plus four good meals, plus snacks of yougurt and fruit in between, so you have got it easy. To say I hate fvcking food at the moment is an understament. I feel like puking constantly. But I have put on 7lb in 10 days so I cant complain to much.

    Well I never bloat and I am on Arimidex just in case but its hard to believe its lean muscle but I am already looking bigger in the upper body. Fvck I hope this keeps up.

    measure your waist in the morning. If it stays the same or increases just a tiny winy bit than you're on the right track man.
