Jesus I am having five a day with oatmeal on workout days while I am bulking plus four good meals, plus snacks of yougurt and fruit in between, so you have got it easy. To say I hate fvcking food at the moment is an understament. I feel like puking constantly. But I have put on 7lb in 10 days so I cant complain to much.

k, I feel better now. I went home last night thinking I had to change my whole diet.
