    help on how much protien /carbs/fats

    hey im 23 5'8 about 190 lbs. and im looking to create a new diet. i was just wondering first off how many grams of protien and carbs ans fat am i going to wanna take in.. if im looking to gain lean mass /cut.

    i was thinking about 320 protien 300 carbs 50mg fat?

    Yeah, that's a problem. Pick one or the other. You can't have the best of both worlds. If you cut and gain a little muscle, awesome. If you bulk and don't gain fat, wonderful. However, you have to pick one way to go. Whatever else comes with it is just a bonus.

    Then I'd pick your macros up a bit. 350g-400g carbs, 325g protein, and about 65-70g fat. You'll have to play around with it from here on in. Not enough muscle being gained, add more. Getting too much fat on you, drop it down. Lean bulks have to be monitored until you find your grove.

    just eat super clean and go with a pro/carb/fat ratio of 40/40/20. it worked great for me, so you can experiment with teh ratios and see what produces teh best results for you.
