hey-
kinda new here. my names rob. checked out the forum recently and love the amount of knowledge i've found here about a myriad of topics, from diet to training to supplementation. i'm not a competetive bodybuilder; i'm actually looking to become a competetive mixed martial arts fighter. either way, i'm looking to cut body fat and i figure the best in the world at doing that are none other than the bodybuilders. and so i would like to part take in a bodybuilder's cutting cycle to shed the excess fat and hopefully bring my percentage under 10. this is what i've come up with from research and general knowledge, i'm sure its thoroughly flawed so please correct me and let me know what you think.

Meal 1: 6 egg whites, ½ cup oats, Can of tuna (48/28/4)

Meal 2: Lean protein w/ tbsp flax (42/3/16)

Meal 3: Broccoli, 8oz. chicken breast (46/0/3)

Meal 4: 8oz. chicken breast, green beans, ½ cup rice (46/22.4/8.5)

Meal 5 (PWO): Shake, maltodextrin, dextrose, glutamine powder (42/100/2)

Meal 6: Shake w/ tbsp flax (42/3/16)

Totals: 266g protein (1064cal)/159.4g carbohydrates (637.6cal)/49.5g fat (445.5cal)/2147.1 calories

In addition, i'm looking to take an eca stack. i've learned on this forum that the optimal dosage is 25g ephedrine, 81 grams aspirin, 200 grams caffeine. I would just like to know at what time of day these should be taken, how often the number of times this dosage should be taken per day, and how that number of times progresses over the course of the weeks.

thanks in advance.
