Macaroni & Cheese ?
dont kill me here guys LOL, but i am finishing up pct & still bulking w/ creatine. i want to keep my carbs high.. how good is an " macaroni & cheese" to a diet.. im talking the real cheese velveta 1. i usually eat 1 "cooked" cup as my meal 2 hours before my workout w/ a 8oz turkey burger..
i was doing this with brown rice, but got tired of it.. im not concerned about the fat cause there's not much saturated fat or any trans fat.. let me know what u guys think. thanks,

"the real cheese Valveta"? I think Valveta is as fake as you get, next to maybe that church cheese. Don't know exactly, but just from it being cheese and white pasta couldn't be too good. I hope someone says it is, cause I love that shit.

that whole wheat pasta aint too bad, if you need your pasta try that every once in a while. I happened to have speghetti and meatballs last night, so good.
I would just stay away from any sauce made with cheese.

best advice is if man made it, don't eat it. at minimum, keep the man-made foods to a minimum, and only go with those things minimally processed with food additives you can actually pronounce and that is not a list longer than a 12 year olds christmas wish list.
